Teaching
the children the Igbo language solidifies their tie to their
home and enriches their experience when relating to family and
friends in their mother tongue. A mix of conversational and grammar
based strategies are used to teach the language. |

Our
cultural dance is part of who we are as a celebrating people.
In our culture, dance is used to animate the community. To
dance is to be alive, and to be in touch with the rhythm of
the universe. |

It
takes a village to raise a child. We encourage parent participation
to enrich and support the efforts of this organization. This
community service is one of the best an Igbo parent can join,
as it will directly affect the development of their children
and their peers. |
